Collaboration by Design Foundations

A 12-week, six-module live course for professionals who lead meetings, workshops, and collaborative work and want to do it by design, not by habit.

Each module builds one layer of the CxD framework: the four conditions that make collaboration work, the diagnostic skills to read any room, and the facilitation practice to hold what you have designed. Sessions are live, virtual, and small by intention. You will work through real challenges with a cohort of peers.

Cohorts form on a rolling basis, as soon as enough people are registered. If you have a colleague who would benefit, bringing them along is the fastest way to get a cohort started.
